International & Domestic Returns 
  • To proceed with international returns send a mail at care@missprintclothing.com
  • Only items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and clear of cosmetic marks affixed with all original tags are returnable.
  • A product is returnable only within 15 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued only through the original payment method. We advise you to use a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • You need to keep your courier details until the return process is completed. Returns must be accompanied with the Original Invoice with the RMA issued by Missprint.
  • Items under "Sale" are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers have to bear for the shipping costs to return the goods to our below mentioned address.

  • In case of any additional custom duty or charges on returns, the amount would be deduced from your refund amount.

    Refund Processing Time

    • Refund processing will begin once the merchandise reaches Missprint, Jaipur HQ.
    • Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to process.
    • An email notification will be sent once your refund has been processed.
    • Refunds will be made only in the original mode of payment.
    • Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly account statement. 

    Backorders & Cancellations

    • Under unwanted situations, certain products may be out-of-stock or backordered. However, at times demand outgrows supply and the item is backordered.
    • You will be informed if an item is backordered either at the time of purchase or within ten days of placing the order.
    • An approximate date is provided for the same. An email or notification informing the same will be sent in both the instances, along with an approximate date of shipment.
    • No charges are levied for the backorders that are cancelled due to internal reasons. For further details, please contact care@missprintclothing.com
    • Orders are cancellable up to 8 hours of purchase. Any cancellations made beyond 8 hours of the purchase will not be accepted.

    Refused Packages

    • You can cancel your order within 8 hours after placement. Once the order is shipped it can't be cancelled.
    • Refusals to international shipments are not acceptable. If an international order is refused, the courier companies are instructed to destroy the package within 48 to 72 hours. Therefore, no refunds are made by Missprint.
    • Nonetheless, Missprint is always at your service to assist you with the best possible solution for all your issues. Just mail us at care@missprintclothing.com for any enquiries

    Exchange

    • For exchange of your ordered product: Return your original order for refund before making new purchase. Or Missprint can easily email you a Missprint Coupon Voucher Code of the exact refund value which can be used any time later by you for a gorgeous purchase.

    Gift Returns

    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will be emailed a gift credit for the value of your return in form of Missprint coupon voucher code, redeemable online.
    • Just Mail at care@missprintclothing.com  . Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, a gift coupon will be emailed to you.

      Wrong Item

      • In the event of receipt of a wrong item, no shipping charges are levied. Please contact care@missprintclothing.com with the order number and rest will be taken care of by Missprint customer support
